Background
About Me
I'm a Data & AI professional, sitting at the intersection of engineering and strategy. While traditionally consultants focus rather on softskills and and a transferable set of hard skills (e.g. finance), I believe one can not perform credible tech consulting (even strategy), without understanding the technological fundamentals. I have seen in fail a couple of times, even when people with very strong credentials where involved. Therefore I aspire to cover all aspects between strategy and hands-on implementation in technical consulting (not limiting myself to Data & AI).
My background is in mechatronics, mechanical- and control engineering. Hence I love math and automating things. Through my studies I gained experience in embedded systems, Python and C++ (among many other subjects), and worked on computer vision and neural architecture search in my master's thesis.

- Leading teams as a consultant through AI transformations at enterprise clients, with a focus on technical integration and implementation and upskilling
- Designing AI strategies including strategic AI objectives, use case portfolios and target operating models
- Building up my autonomous robotics home lab including a computer vision pipeline and custom robot arm firmware
- Dabbling in various topics around C++, robotics, control theory and parallel computing
